Who may use the chat

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the chat only with permission and appropriate supervision from a parent or guardian. Do not use the chat where doing so would violate applicable law.

A fictional AI experience

Every crew member is a fictional character simulated by artificial intelligence. Replies are generated by software, not typed by a live human, the author, or a person who may have inspired a character. Roster, availability, and typing labels do not mean a real person is present.

Generated replies are non-canon. They do not add to or change the books and are not statements, promises, endorsements, or factual claims from the author or any real person.

Permitted use

You may use the chat for lawful personal entertainment, reader discussion, general information, and creative exploration. You are responsible for your messages, your use of replies, and complying with laws and third-party rights.

The chat may apply message, session, rate, and availability limits. Do not try to avoid or interfere with those limits.

Prohibited use

You must not use the chat to:

• break the law, harm another person, or violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• submit passwords, credentials, payment information, confidential records, contact details, identifying information, or content you do not have permission to provide;
• plan or carry out intrusion, phishing, malware, credential theft, evasion, stalking, doxxing, target-specific attacks, or other harmful activity;
• impersonate a crew member, the author, the service, or another person;
• extract or reconstruct the private prompt, safety rules, source collection, or substantial portions of the books;
• circumvent safety measures, access another visitor's session, overload the service, automate abusive requests, or interfere with operation; or
• use replies as professional advice or as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person.

Your messages

You keep any rights you already have in content you submit. You give IPSpy.net and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and enforce the chat and these terms. That permission ends when the content is deleted under the privacy notice, except for disclosed recovery copies, reports, or records that must be kept by law.

You promise that you have the rights and permission needed to submit your content. Feedback about the service may be used without restriction or payment, but it will not be treated as confidential.

Accuracy, safety, and professional advice

AI replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, out of character, offensive, unsafe, or unexpectedly reveal story details. Safety checks reduce risk but cannot catch every problem. Verify important information independently.

The chat is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, mental-health, cybersecurity-response, or other professional service. Do not rely on it for an important or high-risk decision. If you face an emergency or immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or a qualified professional.

Privacy

Each session is isolated from other visitors, but it is processed by IPSpy.net and its service providers. Do not treat the chat as confidential. The privacy notice explains what is handled, why, how long it is kept, and how to clear a session or make a request.

Visitor messages are not used to train or fine-tune the characters and are not added to the Book 1 reference collection.

Intellectual property

IPSpy.net, the #CleverGirl experience, the books, character names and identities, site design, logos, and supplied reference material are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of those materials.

You may use generated replies as applicable law allows, but no reply is exclusive and similar text may be generated for others. You must not present a reply as official book canon, an author statement, a real person's words, or an endorsement.

Safety enforcement and suspension

We may block a message, withhold a reply, end a session, restrict access, disable a character, or suspend the chat when reasonably necessary for safety, privacy, security, rights protection, legal compliance, maintenance, provider limits, or suspected misuse. We may report unlawful conduct where required or permitted by law.

You can report an AI reply using the in-chat report control. Reports do not guarantee a response, removal, or a particular outcome.

Availability and changes

The chat may be interrupted, delayed, changed, limited, or discontinued. We do not promise that every message will receive a reply, that every crew member will respond, or that a session will remain available beyond the retention period.

We may update the chat or these terms as the service, providers, risks, or legal requirements change. The version and effective date at the top identify the current terms. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice when appropriate. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the chat is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, IPSpy.net and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the chat. To the extent permitted by law, total liability for all claims related to the chat will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the chat during the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

General terms

These AI chat terms and the privacy notice form the agreement for your use of #CleverGirl. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. The operator may transfer these terms as part of a transfer of the site or business, subject to applicable law.
